Is the FurCare Pro suitable for both dogs and cats?

Yes. The Furvio™ FurCare Pro is designed for both dogs and cats and is suitable for most short, medium, and long coats.

How does the spray function work?

Simply fill the water reservoir with clean water and activate the spray function. A fine mist is dispersed during brushing, which reduces static hair and conditions the coat.

Does brushing hurt my pet?

No. The soft silicone brush bristles gently massage the skin without pulling on the fur. Many pets even find it relaxing.

How often can I use the FurCare Pro?

You can use the FurCare Pro as often as needed. For most dogs and cats, 2 to 4 times a week is sufficient to keep the coat healthy and well-groomed.

Can I only use water?

Yes. We advise using only clean water in the reservoir to ensure the spray function works optimally.

Is the FurCare Pro rechargeable?

Yes. The Furvio™ FurCare Pro is USB-rechargeable. After charging, you can use it wirelessly.

How long does the battery last?

After a full charge, the battery lasts for multiple grooming sessions, depending on usage.

How do I clean the brush?

After use, simply remove the collected hair from the brush. Clean the silicone brush bristles with a damp cloth and allow the device to dry thoroughly.

Is the FurCare Pro suitable for long-haired pets?

Yes. The FurCare Pro works excellently on both short and long coats.

Does the FurCare Pro help with loose hair in the house?

Yes. By collecting loose hair during brushing, significantly less hair is left on furniture, clothing, and floors.

How long does delivery take?

We process orders as quickly as possible. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code with which you can follow your package.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have a 30-day cooling-off period. If you are not satisfied, you can return your order according to our return policy.
