Right of withdrawal
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without stating a reason.
After registering your return, you then have another 14 days to return the product.

Return costs
The costs for returning a product are at the customer's expense, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
Non-returnable products
